Victoria Doherty

Victoria has always held a deep passion for helping others. Prior to beginning her real estate journey, she worked as a Special Education Teacher, helping her students to gain independence, build confidence, advocate for their needs, and celebrate their abilities and unique strengths. Victoria brings her attention to detail and skill of differentiating instruction to her real estate practice. She meets each client where they are today, providing them with transparency, advocacy, and, most importantly, kindness. She understands that this process can be overwhelming, and she will be there for you to provide the facts you need, the guidance you deserve, and the warmth you desire, all while making the process as simple as possible.

Victoria is particularly skilled at helping members of our medical community during their search for home. As the spouse of a physician, Victoria understands the unique beauties and trials that come along with the medical voyage and will be able to empathetically guide you through your real estate adventures with an awareness and attention to physician-specific issues (such as physician mortgage loans, timelines, location, etc.). While Victoria holds a special place in her heart for medical professionals and their families, she enjoys working with a variety of clients, and encourages anyone and everyone to reach out to her!

One important thing to know about Victoria is her love of her local Winston-Salem community. She spends a lot of time volunteering, eagerly giving back to the place she is proud to call home. Victoria is a member of the non-profit RSA Wake Forest (Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center Resident Spouse Association), a volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Piedmont Triad, and a volunteer at the Forsyth County Public Library through Friends of the Central Library.

When she is not helping her clients or volunteering, you can find Victoria doing yoga (she is a Registered Yoga Teacher), hiking outdoors, marveling at nature, spending time with her husband, cooking, and/or laughing.
